Product Owner: A Non-profit, with a powerful mission statement are hiring their first Product Owner. They’ve recently significantly changed how they do product development and are recruiting a Product Owner to interface between their 300+ customers and their in house development team. You’ll be expected to take ownership of their Salesforce built product and will be the main point of contact for their customers. Relationship building and requirements gathering will be key responsibilities of the role, as well as documenting user stories and providing clear acceptance criteria for developers. They are a super flexible business and this role can be remote, hybrid or in office, full time and part time are both options, whilst hours can also be condensed. The successful applicant will be expected to have: Commercial experience working in a dedicated Product Owner role. Worked in an Agile environment. Previous exposure to Salesforce (nice to have). Non-profit sector experience or a passion for working with mission-driven organisations. Excellent communication skills – able to liaise with customers and technical audiences.Role: Product Owner Location: In office (London), hybrid or remote – the choice is yours!
