Laundry Attendant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out general laundrette duties, including operating washers and dryers.
2. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with queries.
3. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
4. Ironing and folding garments to a high standard.
5. Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
2. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Good attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions.
5. Flexible working hours, including weekends.
6. Must be reliable to get to the laundrette on time; own transport is preferred.
