About the Savings Team
Millions trust Monzo with their savings. We’re expanding our efforts to help customers achieve their financial goals, and we’re looking for a Savings Commercial Manager to develop and execute the commercial strategy for our savings products. You’ll play a key role by:
- Developing models and tools for commercial forecasts of savings products.
- Recommending and reviewing pricing strategies based on performance data.
- Analysing customer and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborating with product, marketing, treasury, and finance teams to align strategies.
- Monitoring and reporting performance to leadership.
We’d love to hear from you if…
- You have experience in pricing retail savings products, including instant access or fixed-term savings.
- You can develop and operate commercial models in Excel/Google Sheets and supplement with SQL, Python, or other data tools.
- You understand customer behaviour analysis and its impact on forecasts.
- You are comfortable working with stakeholders across treasury, finance, and product teams.
- You have excellent communication skills for reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in pricing strategies and understanding liquidity and market risk management is a plus.
