We are looking for an experienced Social Work Team Leader, who can join at speed, and hit the ground running to cover a busy locality Social Work team. In Stockport, our model is from the point of assessment to closure/permanence, so you must have experience of managing Social Work practice across the breadth of the child's journey, including confidence in managing pre-proceedings and court work (with the support of a permanent and experienced service leader).
You will receive monthly supervision, opportunities for reflection, and visible/approachable leadership support at all stages.
Requirements:- Must be confident in using Liquid Logic case management system.
Working Model: Hybrid working model – we want people to spend time in our refurbished office in Stockport centre (Stopford House), sitting alongside other social work colleagues and integrated services to ensure that quality relationships and conversations are at the heart of daily practice.
