Step into the dynamic world of J.P. Morgan Payments as a Proposal Manager, where you will craft compelling sales proposals that drive success across Treasury Services, Trade & Working Capital, and Merchant Services. Play a pivotal role in helping J.P. Morgan win business by creating customized and impactful proposals. As a proposal manager-analyst in the EMEA Global Payments Proposal and Solutions Group (GPPSG) team, you will support sales activity by generating customised, compelling, and persuasive sales proposals in response to RFPs/RFIs or proactive requests from clients. You will manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from creation to final delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Project manage and control the proposal process end-to-end, collaborating with sales managers, subject matter experts, senior management, and other team members.
- Develop an understanding of proposed solutions to tailor responses effectively.
- Populate drafts using the global repository, ensuring responsiveness to client requirements.
- Maintain the proposal project matrix, coordinate inputs, and escalate issues as needed.
- Conduct review meetings to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Ensure high-quality proposals that reflect J.P. Morgan solutions, adhering to brand and style guidelines.
- Coordinate updates to the global repository with subject matter experts and knowledge managers.
- Participate in initiatives to promote best practices and process improvements.
- Attend training to enhance knowledge of cash management, trade, and merchant services products.
