Our client has an immediate requirement for General Labourer/ Cleaner for a temporary contract based in the Scottish Borders. The role will involveemptying void properties including the removal of furniture and cleaning void properties and stair wells, the role will also involve reporting any repairs to the management team, you may be required to carry out other duties appropriate to this post, as necessary or as requested. Ideally applicants will have experience; cleaning and clearance of premise, awareness of Health and Safely including lone working, ability to use a smart phone, perform tasks to high standard and complete tasks within required time frames with minimum supervision. To apply ideally you will have a valid UK driving licence and be willing to obtain a basic disclosure check for the job.
