Our client, a well-established multi-channel marketing agency, are looking for a Campaign Coordinator to work on site with their client, one of the top UK retail brands.

The role involves working alongside your client in this fast-paced environment to run campaigns from the initial brief to completion. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing workflow through various processes and departments
  • Using Microsoft applications and CRM systems
  • Dealing with various third parties including production, print, and art working teams
  • Liaising with various departments on your client’s site to ensure work is completed within timescales
  • Building relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining excellent attention to detail, including writing copy
  • Working to tight deadlines on multiple projects

Although experience is not necessary for this role, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems and the ability to follow processes
  • A desire to work and establish a career in marketing would be advantageous
