Location: Holloway
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

A rare opportunity to join a well-established and well‑reviewed estate agent working across North London as their Sales & Lettings Administrator. Are you experienced? Do you enjoy the fast paced environment of the property industry? Experience with Reapit is preferred although not essential. Duties

• Prepare tenancy agreements.
• Complete referencing process.
• Effectively manage the office diary system.
• Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.
• Assist with the management of the office accounting system.
• Update website with property details.
• Preferably with experience in Reapit & Goodlord.

The Right Person

• Must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, be highly organised and ambitious.
• Must be punctual and very well organised.
• Excellent telephone manner.
