The Horsham Butchery is a brand new butchers shop opening in the heart of Horsham town centre in July 2024. It is the new branch of The Butchery Team group along with The Dorking Butchery and The Guildford Butchery, owned by successful, established, multi-award winning business owners; Gary Corps and Alex Emmett. Our shops are renowned for delivering the highest quality service and products. We pride ourselves in the presentation of our stores and the environment we work in. We have a great team culture. The management understand the importance of a happy workforce, so we invest a great deal of time ensuring you are fully supported and looked after.
We are looking to increase the size of the team by adding an experienced member of staff. Ideally, someone who is young, ambitious and wanting to take the next step in their career. As our business is expanding, we are looking for a team member who is willing to learn how to manage day-to-day operations, delegate work to team members, place stock orders and maintain our high standards of customer service and presentation in our award winning shops.
The successful candidate will need to have the following:
- Two years hands-on experience in a butchers shop.
- Experience and knowledge of front to back running of a busy butchers shop.
- Ability to travel in between sites; driving license essential.
- Under 30 years old.
28 days holidays (pro-rated) including Bank Holidays; pension scheme. We are only considering full-time candidates and you must be available to work on Saturdays. Our team culture is of paramount importance to us. As a result, we look to continuously team build through regular outings.
