We are a rapidly expanding recruitment business in Horsforth looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Public Sector team as a Law Enforcement Resourcer!
In your role, you will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert across the division, understanding the candidate market, and building on the division's success and national leader status to provide a best-in-class candidate experience and candidate market insight to existing and new candidates.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing candidate relationships (calling and meeting with regularity); these include existing but also new relationships from job applications, referrals, job boards and LinkedIn.
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process from picking a job up, to advertising, sourcing, facilitating interviews and offer management.
- Lead generation and intelligence gathering.
- Managing client relationships (existing and new), seeking to develop and improve partnerships.
- Administration support β Compliance & Payroll.
- Supporting the team lead with change requests.

- Experience in either IT or Digital Policing recruitment.
- Driven to succeed and develop.
