Operations Supervisor

Hours: 37.5 per week.

Salary: depends on experience, from the range of £36,000 to £43,500.

Shift Pattern: Varies – TBC.

We have an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our management team based at Stansted.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead and motivate a team of handlers.

Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Ensuring the effective performance of the shift in line with Hubs targets and KPI\’s.
2. Ensuring that high levels of internal and external customer care are maintained by the shift.
3. Producing relevant reports as required by the depot.
4. Effectively communicating to all team members via hub briefing etc.
5. Ensuring that all HASAWA Legislation/Security Procedures are adhered to and that good housekeeping is maintained.
6. Managing, training, and developing your team for continuous improvement or succession through coaching, delegation, and feedback.
7. Adhering to and gatekeeping FedEx\’s policies and procedures.
