Responsibilities:- Greet guests entering the building
- Provide refreshments to meeting rooms
- Manage hotel and travel bookings for staff and advisers
- Handle email communications and administrative tasks
You will be completing the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, attending Newcastle College one day per week.
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (variable)
