Ellis mack currently working with a contract catering, company in Glasgow. We are looking to secure chefs that can work on regular basis around clients’ needs. Hours vary including daytime hours.

Answer: No one can do that but what we can promise is we have a large range of clients across Scotland and looking to develop the Lake District market, alongside care Homes in Scotland.

What helps secure more shifts:
If you have a car, you are flexible, happy to travel, have a PVG and willing to do live in jobs.

What’s involved in working for Ellis Mack:
• Duties: Range from Chef de partie to head chef
• Operations from fine dining to contract catering to Care Homes

What we look for in a chef:

• 3/5 years minimum as a CDP
• Reliability – Turn up when you agree to shifts!
• Good timing keeping, Turn up on time!
• Honesty
• Integrity
• Polite/Approachable
• Flexibility

Hospitality Documentation required:

• Food Hygiene Certificate level 2
• Food Allergen certificate
