Support Worker

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UKs leading healthcare providers.

This special service provides exceptional, specialised care for those in need of residential, nursing and dementia care and offers a peaceful and comfortable haven for all residents.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Key Duties

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the wellbeing and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, wellbeing and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

Preferred Experience

• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• A good team player
• In a remote location so a Driving Licence is desirable, however transport can be provided
