We are proud to be representing our client who is a well-established fresh food produce company based in Chichester. Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for Factory Operatives to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 07:00 - 19:00, so therefore only working 6 months of the year! Please do recognize that your working days vary and that this role does sometimes include weekends.
Responsibilities include:
- Weigh and scan raw materials
- Pick fresh produce
- Operate machinery
- Scan all finished goods and put onto the system
- Loading and unloading
What is required?
- Happy with heavy lifting up to 25kgs
- Happy to work in colder environments
- Ability to interpret product and customer requirements
- Be able to communicate effectively to all staff at all levels
- Excellent team player
