The role will drive strategic and regulatory change across onboarding, monitoring, servicing and offboarding – enhancing compliance, operational efficiency and data-led decision making. You\’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, change and technology functions Responsibilities of the Business Analyst (CLM) Lead CLM change initiatives across onboarding, ongoing monitoring, servicing and offboarding Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance and experience Develop business cases, define delivery plans and track progress against KPIs Collaborate with business, change and IT teams to align priorities Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, influence senior stakeholders Build dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to monitor lifecycle risks and drive data-led insights) Requirements for the Business Analyst (CLM) Proven business analysis and change delivery experience within financial services Familiarity with CLM, onboarding or similar regulatory functions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting The role is paying £500-525/d on an inside IR35 basis. The initial contract is for 6 months, with significant scope to extend for the right candidate.
