Position: Metal Fabricator Location: Leicester Salary: £20.13 per hour with highly competitive multiple overtime rates available daily and all day at the weekends Shift: Onsite – Monday to Friday / Offsite – 12 days on and 2 days off Role Overview: This is a rare opportunity to advance your career with a top-tier, solid-brand employer in a permanent position. Responsibilities: * Fabricate, cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components * Grind and smooth surfaces, perform quality checks * Travel to clients (fully expensed, with paid travel time) * Interpret technical drawings, adhere to timelines * Report material defects, maintain documentation Requirements: * 2+ years’ experience as a Metal Fabricator or Sheet Metal Worker * Experience in a food factory environment * Skilled in stainless steel work (1.6mm to 6mm), TIG welding * National Vocational Qualification in Engineering or equivalent City & Guilds, HNC/HND * Ability to operate a press brake * Experience in pattern development and conveyor manufacturing * Strong metal fabrication knowledge Benefits: * Competitive pay and overtime rates * Fully expensed travel, hotels and meals * Paid for travel time * Career advancement and training opportunities Apply now with your resume for this amazing, rare opportunity
