Our client is seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal to join their landlord, tenant, and debt team on a fully remote basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with landlords, letting agents, and insurers, providing expert legal advice and support throughout the court process, including recovering possession of properties and drafting legal documents.
Responsibilities
- Assist landlords in recovering possession of properties.
- Draft eviction notices and guide clients through court proceedings.
- Manage defended claims through to trial, including drafting replies to defenses.
- Provide legal advice to landlords, letting agents, and insurers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Participate in firm events to promote services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal.
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant law or litigation (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide clear, jargon-free legal advice.
- Team-oriented attitude.
