Role and Responsibilities:
- Should be able to communicate in English as this job profile involves interaction with customers from North American, Canadian, UK, Australian, and New Zealand markets.
- Analyze and process transactions accurately and on time.
- Document all transactions completed in a day.
- Make a significant contribution towards collecting metrics on processes.
- Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, questions, and concerns swiftly.
