Mobile Window Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to a high standard, contributing to the overall appearance and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and safety, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Working Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600.

Duties

1. Clean windows using a reach and wash system to a streak-free finish.
2. Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights or using ladders.
3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
4. Drive to various locations for cleaning assignments, ensuring timely arrival.
5. Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or needs for replenishment.
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Skills

1. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
2. Ability to drive safely and efficiently to various job sites.
3. Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
