Who you are:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple properties.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met.
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of property information, tenant details, and maintenance history.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns professionally.
