Role Description
- To undertake private client work including wills, powers of attorney, trusts, probate and estate administration.
- To make a positive contribution to the work of the department and the firm.
- The fee earner is responsible to the Director, and to the firm, for the effective and efficient conduct of cases on behalf of clients in accordance with the overall policies and objectives of the firm.
- The fee earner is also responsible for pro-active development and promotion of the firm’s high standards and reputation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Family Law, including divorce, children issues, and financial implications.
- Experience with Wills, Estate, and Probate matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate, minimum 2 years experience.
