We are seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager with a strong background in Reception , Concierge , and Night Operations , as well as a solid understanding of Housekeeping operations. This is a senior leadership role for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in the luxury hotel sector . Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development: Oversee and inspire a diverse team, including Reception, Concierge, Night Managers, Executive Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Security, and Health Club & Spa. Drive performance through continuous training and mentoring, ensuring that every department is aligned with the hotel’s values and standards. Guest Experience & Operational Excellence: Be a hands-on leader, ensuring seamless operations across all Rooms Division areas. Prioritise guest satisfaction by managing guest feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring that service levels consistently exceed expectations. Financial & Budget Management: Oversee and control departmental budgets, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining the highest service standards. Manage payroll, operating costs, and revenue targets effectively. Communication & Collaboration: Foster strong communication across all departments to ensure a cohesive approach to operations. Lead daily briefings and collaborate with senior management and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Requirements: Previous experience in a Rooms Division Manager role within the luxury hotel sector . Extensive experience in Reception , Concierge , Nights , and Housekeeping . Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team. Excellent communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to operations. Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets.
