Our client is an award-winning leader in infection prevention, clinical waste management, and surgical solutions to healthcare facilities across the globe. Due to their significant growth, they are looking for an UK Commercial Manager to join their infection prevention team. Key responsibilities: Work alongside Commercial Director, Regional and Business Manager and colleagues to manage all pricing and contract activity within specific region. Create and submit tenders and pricing proposal designed to meet sales targets and increase growth and market share across all product segments. Work with Commercial Director to formulate and adapt the commercial strategy of UK to meeting changing demands of UK market. To be considered for this role, you must closely match the following criteria: Experience with NHS procurement and tenders process. Experience with presenting to varied audiences (Procurement Directors, Financial Directors, Theatre Managers and Surgeons and Chief Executives) and handling objections. Experience in negotiation for high-value complex contracts. Understanding of profit and loss and factors that have an impact on performance. Experience in cross-functional work with all departments and understanding of the impact of decisions to other segments within the business. Business degree other relevant business-related educational qualifications. Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data and information.
