We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) professional to join our dedicated and friendly team at Longfield Academy.

The successful candidate will excel in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and students alike. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your organisational and communication skills while playing a vital role in the daily life of our academy.

Your role will be varied, meaningful, and integral to the success of our SEN provision, offering you the chance to truly make a difference every day.

This is a fixed term position working 35 hours per week, term time + 1 week of inset and offers an actual salary of £19,825 per annum (£24,366 full-time equivalent), based on experience.
