JB65119 Residential Home Manager Circa £42,000 per annum | Performance related bonus | Small Service A small/medium residential service within Linconshire is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Home Manager to lead the team and develop the service. Details of this Residential Home Manager role and what the successful candidate will receive: * A permanent full-time contract of 40 hours * Generally working Monday to Friday * A great annual salary circa £40,000 * Performance related bonus * A comprehensive induction, with ongoing training and career development prospects Duties will include staff management and coaching, the effective management of budgets and resources and promoting the home within the local area in addition to managing and monitoring the care provided within the home and ensuring all regulatory and quality standards are met.
