LIFE by Be Caring is looking to recruit full-time Support Workers to join our learning disabilities team across Newcastle. As a Support Worker, you will support people to live happy and fulfilled lives within their local communities. Ensuring individual support needs are met through person-centred tailored support that promotes choice, independence and their voice.
Pay: £11.50 p/hr (non-complex rate) - £12.00 p/hr (complex rate)
Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus, £25 birthday gift voucher.
We have various Support Worker roles available: Outreach services across Newcastle.

As a Support Worker, you will:

- Be Proud: Support the person to become as independent as they can, making their own choices, decisions and managing their finances.
Training
- Paid induction training: classroom-based, includes shadowing and additional online modules.
- Additional Specialist Training: provided to all new recruits - equipping you to meet the needs of the people we support and enabling you to provide a person-centred approach.
