We are looking for a Strategic Telemarketer Lead Sales to join our team and help us identify and engage potential clients through effective telemarketing strategies.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing targeted telemarketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Researching potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into valuable leads for our sales team.
  • Identifying and researching potential leads using various online tools and databases.
  • Reviewing our current customer base and mapping out potential additional locations to penetrate.
  • Identifying industries where our products fit and creating a targeted list of accounts to penetrate.
  • Working with the sales team on targeting campaigns over a 12-month period.
  • Conducting outbound calls to engage prospects, introduce our services, and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
  • Maintaining accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Analyzing call metrics and leads conversion rates to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; or proven experience in a similar position.
  • Be able to speak English, French, Italian, and German.
  • Have proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales.
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive phone presence.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
