The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is a hybrid role, and you will report to the Bid Team and Sales Support Manager. You will work as part of a bid team and across all business units. You will manage a tender bid from inception to completion to secure contracts. The successful post-holder will be contributing to the planned and sustained business growth through the production of professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates the business value proposition.

How you will do it:
- Responses for PQQ in ITTs.
- Lead Storyboard sessions with virtual team members to develop coherent and tailored responses to ITT.
- Create Best Practice Responses for each Line of Business.
- Provide advice and guidance to colleagues on site visits, presentations, and interviews with potential clients.
- Develop innovative ways of sharing and presenting information and involve the team in the change process.
- Apply client bid feedback to future responses to drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to coach sales teams and subject matter experts in writing best practices.
- Keep abreast of developments (both local and national) in the PS (through media, Govt. information sites, and others) to be passed onto Account Managers.
- Proactively develop and manage a network of subject matter experts.
- Work with the Tender Coordinator to maintain a Bid Database, tracking exactly what opportunities are out in the marketplace, which bids we are/have responded to, and which business we have won/lost.
What we look for:
- English & Maths (A, B, or C grades) GCSE or Equivalent.
- Bid/proposal Writing Background or Degree educated.
- Advanced MS Word Skills & proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail (QA Responsibility).
- Proven track record of developing successful proposals.
- Strong time management/prioritization skills.
- Stakeholder Management.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the Public Sector and how it operates advantageous but not essential.
