Produce engaging copy that communicates complex technical and lifestyle aspects of all products in an accessible, reader-friendly manner. Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to enhance storytelling with visual content. Collaborate on content strategy and planning, ensuring content is optimised for SEO and tailored to reach core target audiences effectively. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility and drive traffic. Update and refresh older content to ensure it remains relevant, accurate, and in line with current SEO trends. Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to gather insights and information, translating technical specifications into compelling customer stories. Partner with customer support and social media teams to respond to emerging trends and topics, providing relevant and timely content. Use analytic tools to monitor content performance, measure engagement, and refine content strategy based on insights. A successful Content Manager should have:
