An exciting opportunity has become available for a Receptionist at our well-established specialist orthodontic practice, Portman Smile Clinic in Bicester. Portman Smile Clinic is situated in the very heart of the town centre of Bicester, conveniently located in the middle of both Bicester Village and Bicester North train stations. There are also numerous bus stops and a wide variety of local shops and amenities on our doorstep.
40 Hours per week
Typical Shifts: Mon: 08:00-17:00, Tues: 08:00-17:00, Weds: 08:00-17:00, Thurs: 09:30-18:30, Fri: 08:00-17:00
Bicester is one of circa 70 specialist orthodontic practices within Portman Dentex, making us the leading orthodontic provider in the UK.
About you
We welcome your application to our Dental Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
- Proven front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential)
- A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
- The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
- Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
