We have a brand-new opportunity for Locality Care Team Leaders to join the Norse Care Team working across 9 of our services in West Norfolk. This will be on a casual basis, covering annual leave and sickness on days or nights. Homes you may travel to will include: Rebecca Court, Lisbon Court, Woodlands, Burman House, High Haven, Oakes Court, Westfields, Linden Court & Laburnum Grove.
A day in the life: You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided. Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents' independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.
About you: We are looking for you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings. Due to the travel requirements of the role you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel across West Norfolk. Alongside this you will be passionate about supporting others by providing exemplary care and who share our core values:
