Role Overview: Join our dynamic marketing team as an Event Manager! Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, you’ll elevate our Farm Division’s brand profile at major agricultural shows and events nationwide.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Organizing and coordinating top agricultural shows
- Building relationships with agricultural show societies, breed societies, and farmer groups
- Preparing marketing materials in line with brand guidelines
- Developing and executing detailed event plans, including budgets and equipment needs
- Preparing quarterly activity plans, weekly show reports, and market analysis
- Overseeing the storage and upkeep of show equipment, booking accommodations, and ensuring all stands are immaculate
- Sharing innovative ideas with the team and continuously striving for improvement
About You:
- UK Driving Licence (HGV qualification or willingness to qualify is a plus)
- Creative thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Superior organizational skills
- Willingness to work outside typical hours and travel throughout the UK for events
