Monday-Friday, 9am-5.15pm, 36.25 hours per week
The role involves contacting existing customers to cross-sell partner services that provide short to medium term funding for SMEs looking for a flexible and sustainable alternative to traditional banking products. You will work towards a set of commercial KPIs and deliver high-quality conversations over the phone.
Key responsibilities:
- Professionally handle all customer contact from various sources (Telephone, letter, email)
- Identify and resolve customer issues through effective questioning and objection handling
- Cross-sell additional products and services that are of benefit to each customer
- Maintain and develop relationships with internal departments
- High volume outbound calls (warm leads provided) to new businesses, receiving inbound calls and managing your own caseload
