Purpose of role:
A big name in the HNW space is looking for an experienced Client Manager to join their established team in York. The role is responsible for managing and developing a varied book of HNW business, ensuring growth, retention and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Cultivating and strengthening both external and internal relationships
- Managing diverse and extensive client interactions daily
- Gaining a deep understanding of our clients, becoming their go-to person for insurance needs, and ensuring we focus on the right customer outcomes
- Aiming to attract the right business, negotiating new and renewal terms for luxury homes, high-end contents, and unique collections
- Going above and beyond in challenging situations, embodying the brand and values in every transaction
- Monitoring the overall performance of the portfolio and taking corrective action as needed
- Ensuring the security and privacy of client data at all times
Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building genuine and effective relationships
- Proficient in negotiating with clients of all levels and experienced in handling non-standard risks
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and client management
- Outstanding communication skills, able to positively influence others and secure business
