Additionally, you will design and implement new ways of working and behavioural change interventions, build trusted relationships for guidance on OD and performance matters, and contribute to the continuous development of effective organisation design tools and frameworks for our People division and broader line management use. Who you are You have experience in managing and implementing transformation, OD and change projects that drive clear business improvement. Your strategic mindset allows you to formulate robust plans across various timeframes, prioritise effectively, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
