Benugo - Events Supervisor

We are looking for experienced Events Supervisors to join the Events by Benugo Team .This role will cover running a variety of events for Benugo in London; attending pre-event meetings with clients; detailed planning, liaison with event host, hospitality team including the kitchen, suppliers, distribution of event related information, supervision of support staff, keeping client up to date, and provide post event feedback.The ideal candidate must have previous experience running events within a similar operation and managing people.Shifts: Rotating shifts across a 7-day operation, with shift patterns between 7:00am and 3:00am .Complimentary taxi provided for shifts starting before 8:00am or ending after 11:00pm.Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week , with potential for more.Pay Rate: £16.00 per hourLocation: Various sites across LondonContract: 6-month fixed-term , with the possibility of extensionAbout the Events Supervisor role:Maintain accurate and timely daily administration requirementsOrder products/services for each delivery/eventEnsure all weekly food, drinks, packaging and equipment stocktakes are accurateSupport larger events when required across the Event/Hospitality businessEnsure all food and service is consistentProvide the team with relevant training to enable consistency high performance standardsProvide timely feedback to the Venue managerConsistently demonstrate and apply health, safety and hygiene standardsMaintain high standards of punctuality, attendance and personal presentationSupport the wider team through proactive teamwork and cooperationActively participate and contribute towards achieving goalsMaintaining up-to-date and detailed knowledge of the company\’s products, services and proceduresContributing to strategic projects or group initiatives as and when requiredAbout the ideal candidate:Previous experience in a similar role is required.Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire.PC literate and proficient in Outlook, Word & ExcelStrong team player.Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Passion for food and wine is a plus!Additional Information Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
