Quantity Surveyor (Refurb / Fit Out) £55,000 – £60,000 + Training + Progression + Company Bonus + Car Allowance + Flexible Hours + Company Benefits Brighton (Covering sites around the South East) Are you an ambitious and qualified Quantity Surveyor with a background in Refurbishments / New Build Projects looking for a specialist role, where you will get to work on exciting Commercial refurbishment projects across the South East in a rapidly growing company offering progression right through to directorship? Do you want to expand your skills into Project Management and take a stronger lead in developing the whole project timeline? This company have seen rapid growth since their establishment in 2021 and work primarily across the hospitality and leisure sectors, offering complete renovation services to restaurants, bars and more. In the past year they signed a large hotel deal, and are now looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team as they continue to grow. They offer a range of services, but what really sets them apart is their ability to offer both Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to their clients. In this varied role you will be office based where you will manage tenders, plan for costs, manage accounts, procure contractors, and take the lead on projects. The rest of your time you will be site based, where you will travel to various sites in the South East, meeting clients and conducting site surveys. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor, who is looking to join a growing company that offers excellent progression, car allowance and the opportunity to work on exciting projects. The Role: 50/50 Office and Site split. Managing costs, accounts and clients. Take the lead on projects. Oversee tenders and contractors on site. Travel to sites across the South East.
