About the role of a Sponsorship Sales Manager:
As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you will focus on generating sponsorship revenue from prospecting leads, engaging with companies over the phone and through virtual meetings. You will work across a mix of events throughout the year and be expected to provide input, insights, and ideas to the team. You will sell to existing customers and prospect for new ones in the ever-changing tech landscape. Typical clients will include solution providers, large enterprise software businesses, and small startups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully sell B2B sponsorships/media packages with a track record of success.
- Manage accounts and prospect for new business.
- Work 100% remotely.
- Sourcing relevant companies to pitch the concept to.
- Experience in selling over the phone and virtually.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Build new business pipelines and track progress, aiming for a target of around £750K p.a.
