What will you do?

We are looking for an Inside Sales professional with experience within Air and Sea operations or a similar pricing role. This hybrid role expects you to work from either our Manchester or Bradford office.

  • Quotations for UK & IE SEA/AIR export and import via QUOM system
  • Follow up customers and the opportunities
  • Work closely with Carriers / Truckers and other vendors in procurement and costing
  • Inbound and Outbound calls and Customer service via email
  • Develop relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities and promote cargo‑partner services (air, ocean, road, customs, and contract logistics)
  • Find the best solution for each shipment
  • Team work: Work closely with NPM and Operations and other inside sales
  • Join specific meetings with agents
  • Search via email, phone or platforms the ideal solution for the agent
