M4 Recruitment are looking to source a CSI Executive to join one of our clients based in Royal Wootton Bassett.

Overview of the role:

  • To update and support the CSI system in a timely manner.
  • Build cluster itineraries in the back-office system to allow for sales to book globally.
  • Working to develop a strong relationship with product to ensure all CSI clusters are built ready for go live.
  • Responsible for the input of cruise group allocations into the back-office IMP system.
  • Escalating any technical problems with urgency to minimise business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading of contracted allocation including Hotels/Events/Transfer/Cruise groups.
  • Building of all CSI packages prior to the package going on sale.
  • Ensuring the booking process is clear for all departments.
  • Frequent audits of elements loaded to CSI to ensure information is accurate.
  • Working with TravelTek to ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the system and highlighting any areas that are not performing correctly or need enhancing.
  • Assisting sales and admin with any booking/loading issues (this may include being contacted outside normal working hours).
  • Building good working relationships across the business in order to deliver to appropriate timescale.
  • Understanding of the contracting database & how stock is recorded along with the T&Cs and Liability dates.
  • Supporting admin with stock queries.
  • Occasionally speaking to suppliers for top up of stock requests on existing contracts.
  • Support Contracting Managers with their admin to ensure prepped and ready for loading.

Requirements:

  • Have a high level of understanding of ITour, contracting loading and the contracting database.
  • An interest in travel or travel industry experience.
  • Eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Approachable, with a willingness to help.
  • A want to learn and develop.
  • Willing to commit time and effort into making the systems run smoothly.
  • Ability to multi-skill when supporting administrative duties for the Contracting Managers.
