We are recruiting for a Dispatch - Goods in/out - Supervisor to join our team in Witham. This role will be Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Stock control
- Receipting goods in, checking quantity, and allocating to location and job or house stock.
- Working with Operations Admin – weekly stock takes.
- Centralised stock control – working with operators to ensure they have what they need.
- Housekeeping – HSE conscious, support and sustain lean initiatives.
- Goods out
- Final set of eyes before the package leaves the site – has it met the job packing spec & meet our internal QA standards.
- Is it the most cost-effective way to deliver this project?
- On Time Deliver – achieve the weekly target of 98%.
- Build strong relationships with couriers.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to communicate with staff, clients, and at all levels.
- Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Work under pressure and to be able to determine and organize priorities.
- FLT Counterbalance preferable.
