Ocean Plymouth is looking for a Service Manager.
Your role
You will ensure that the Plymouth Service Department achieves target objectives by examining accounts, daily & weekly operating controls, system information, industry reports, public domain information, and manufacturer's composite figures. Complete, accurate service and workshop work recordings, job costing and invoicing. Oversee premises, tools, equipment and other assets to ensure these are controlled and used effectively to complete customer repairs within time expectations.
Your profile
The successful person will have outstanding communication skills, flexibility, and willingness to move the Plymouth Service team forward through motivation and leading by example. Excellent analytical, financial and change management skills are essential for this role, as is a proven work history as a main dealer Service manager. A highly effective motivator, you will already have leadership and performance management experience and a track record of developing others. You'll have a strong customer focus, alongside proven business acumen, problem-solving abilities and relationship-building skills.
