About the role
Hybrid Working | 3 days per week in West Yorkshire
We are excited to be working with a well-established and high-quality FMCG business with an impressive product portfolio to find a National Account Manager! With an award-winning and ethically sourced product portfolio and a focus on sustainability, this business has exciting growth plans in new markets.
You will be tasked with overseeing the business's top-tier accounts across UK Grocery and High Street. You will lead on exciting projects across driving NPD, adapting product quality and driving new business.
You will be product management focused, and strategically minded with a strong experience across both private label and branded portfolios. Working alongside the Head of Sales, you will be implementing new business processes and ideas to continue growth. You will develop new and bespoke strategies to drive brand growth with all key partners, to ensure strong ROI on the investments made within the business.
Your Key Duties:
- Full P&L responsibility for Top 4 Grocery and High Street retailers.
- Assist the Head of Sales to lead and motivate the sales team.
- Work alongside the Sales Director to deliver a successful sales strategy, focusing on account growth of existing retailers, new business and NPD.
Your Key Experience & Skills Required:
- A minimum of 4 years experience within National Accounts, with experience in managing Top 4 Grocery/High Street customers.
- Experience in the FMCG industry.
- People management experience would be desirable.
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit.
