Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 plus benefits
Location: Stanmore based 3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday) with remote working Thursday and Friday
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Purpose of the Role:
You’ll be a key member of the Events team with the chance to support corporate, community and Young Norwood events, collaborating with the wider Fundraising team and Norwood teams, external stakeholders, committees and donors, where you will be responsible for assisting on all aspects of event delivery, providing full coordination and administrative support.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Evidence of working in a team and prioritising workloads to achieve deadlines
- Proven experience in an administrative role and using databases effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic by nature, with the drive to get things done to a high standard
- Customer focused with a “can do” attitude and a focus on the long-term strategy
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a varied and pressurised environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- A willingness to bring creativity to the role, asking for advice and support as necessary and to be flexible and open to the ideas of others
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience of organising events
- Experience of working in a fundraising environment
- Knowledge of the Jewish community
- Knowledge of Raisers Edge or another charity fundraising database
- Knowledge and understanding of people with neurodiversity or neurodevelopmental disabilities
- Car driver with the ability to use your transport for business purposes
