Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. We are currently looking to appoint a new Fire Door Joiner / Inspector covering Nationwide.

Basic Salary: up to £33,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Installations of Fire Doors and Passive fire products in accordance with the latest British and EN standards.
  • Assist in compliant repair and maintenance work.
  • Lead the Fire Door installer, survey, measure and inspect fire doors.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to Customer Care.
  • Assist in application of Passive fire stopping.
  • Manual handling of fire doors ensuring safety.
  • Removal of redundant fire doors for disposal.
  • Ensure work area and storage area is clean and tidy.
  • Work as a two-man team at sites across the UK.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the fitting of fire doors to industry standards.
  • A driven and enthusiastic individual.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a team or independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible to work across single and multiple site locations.
  • Demonstrable manual handling experience.
