We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant (Days) Part Time / Lates to professionally and thoughtfully deliver care during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective, and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of our residents. To provide care to residents in accordance with their individually assessed needs to a high standard.
You must have the following qualifications:
- Care Certificate
- NVQ qualification is preferred but not essential
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Experience of working with older people
- Knowledge and use of assessment tools
- Understanding care planning processes
- Use of Electronic Care Planning
We are looking for someone with the following technical skills:
- IT Literate
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to contribute to, monitor, and implement changes that improve service delivery and outcomes for residents
