Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction and civil engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
