A leading car dealership based in Stoke on Trent provides top-quality cleaning and detailing services. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Car Valeter to join our team. As a Car Valeter, you will be responsible for the cleaning and preparation of vehicles to the highest standard. This includes washing, polishing, and interior detailing, ensuring that each vehicle is returned to customers in pristine condition. You will work as part of a dynamic team, ensuring that all cars are cleaned efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

– Cleaning and detailing vehicle exteriors and interiors to a high standard.
– Washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming cars.
– Ensuring all vehicles are presentable for customers and ready for collection or delivery.
– Using cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and efficient manner.
– Performing routine checks on the vehicles to ensure any issues (e.g., scratches, dents) are reported.
– Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace and equipment.
– Following company procedures to maintain health and safety standards.

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a Car Valeter or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
– Good physical stamina, as the role involves standing and working on your feet.
– A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive various types of vehicles.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
