With 60 plus dedicated out-of-hours clinics and two 24/7 pet emergency hospitals, we are committed to delivering compassionate care when pets need it most. Role Responsibilities

  • First point of contact: Serve as an initial point of contact for clients during emergency situations, whether through calls or in person visits. Including greeting all clients, answering calls, and booking appointments as well as handling financial transactions.
  • Administration: Manage administrative duties in clinic accurately, ensuring the smooth operation of the service. Providing updates to veterinary staff about patients enroute or clients requiring assistance.
  • Client Support: Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most. Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.

Working pattern

  • Week 1: Monday and Tuesday from 18:30 to 00:30, Saturday from 12:00 to 00:00 and Sunday from 15:00 to 00:00
  • Week 2: Friday from 18:30 to 00:30 and Sunday from 08:00 to 15:00
  • Week 3: Wednesday and Thursday from 18:30 to 00:30
  • Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
